What are the delivery fees and options?
Australian (local)
Delivery Postage is calculated on the checkout page once the address has been entered. For oversized item, please contact us to obtain a freight quote.
We use the Australia Post or Aramax to deliver or ship products.
International
Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched the same day from Melbourne Warehouse if your order is placed before 2pm, (Monday-Friday) payment is received and products are in stock. Depending on your shipping destination orders can take from 1- 10 business days transit time. Please refer to the following guidelines for shipping timeframes:
- Melbourne Metro: up to 3 business days
- VIC Country: up to 5 business days
- Sydney Metro: up to 6 business days
- NSW Country: up to 8 business days
- Brisbane Metro: up to 6 business days
- QLD Country: up to 10 business days
- Adelaide Metro: up to 5 business days
- SA Country: up to 8 business days
- Tasmania/ Northern Territory: up to 10 business days
- Perth Metro: up to 5 business days
- Western Australia: up to 10 business days
What does it mean if my tracking says "pending"?
Your parcel is picked up by the Australia Post driver around 2pm everyday instead of being sent over the counter to speed up the delivery process.
However this means packages are NOT scanned in and show as PENDING on the Australia Post tracking page.
The next update will be from the post office nearest to your shipping address, who will scan the item as received, and IN TRANSIT.
Please refer to delivery time frames to determine when you will receive your order.
Can I collect my online order from the local store?
Yes. You will receive another email notification when your order is ready for collection. To avoid disappointment, do not come to store to collect your item UNTIL you receive a confirmation email. If you come in to collect your order before you receive the email, your order won’t be ready.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been despatched.
If you have not received your tracking details within 2-3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with our customer service team at enquiries@uniquefishtanks.com.au.

Can I change the delivery address?
We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit.
If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order by email: at enquiries@uniquefishtanks.com.au.
What if my item is lost in transit?
Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at enquiries@uniquefishtanks.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
Buyer can return the item within 30 days for any reason. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item/packaging not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is the Return Process?
• Send us an email to enquiries@uniquefishtanks.com.au with your order number and the reason for return.
• Our customer service representative will advise you of the return address.
Return Postage
For products covered under our warranty policy:
• Only for Defective items within 30 days of the customer receiving products, the return label will be provided via Australia Post Collect & Return Service in the email.
• All warranty replacement returns and resend postage after 30 days will be at the buyer’s expense with registered post.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Where can I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you have not received your tracking details within 2-3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with our customer service team at enquiries@uniquefishtanks.com.au. You can track the parcel using the tracking number supplied in the email anytime via http://auspost.com.au/track/ or www.aramex.com.au

If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email then your payment has gone through.

Do you have a phone number I can call for support?
All our support is online-based via email. We don’t offer phone support because we believe that we would not be able to provide the same effective assistance over the phone.
We have a dedicated support team who are available via email Monday to Friday 9am – 2pm, to help you with any inquiry or problem. We’ll get back to you within one business day, but more often than not, we’ll respond to your email within a few hours
